A CLASSIC DRY CIDER
A classic dry cider with hints of citrus and stone fruit — a crisp, tart body with a clean finish. Goes well with various cheeses, including goat, manchego, and fontina.
A LIGHTLY DRY-HOPPED CIDER WITH A PLEASANT CITRUS NOSE
This small batch cider gives a nod to beer making and does so by dry hopping a special blend of finished cider. With a variety of aroma hops, the process imparts a floral & citrus aroma creating a truly unique product that is not bitter, but has the spirit to stand up to beer and wine.
AN OFF-DRY CIDER INFUSED WITH TART MONTMORRENCY CHERRIES AND FRENCH OAK
Slowly fermented juice from Virginia Shenandoah Apples, features Tart Michigan Cherries and French Oak.
Refreshing and off-dry, it combines bright summer fruit and hints of vanilla.
A UNIQUE SUMMER CIDER INFUSED WITH GRAPEFRUIT THAT IS LIGHTLY DRY HOPPED
Our roots started in home brewing and this cider takes us back to our beer days. A lightly dry-hopped cider is infused with grapefruit and screams “let the sun shine upon my face”. With its citrus overtones, supported with a hoppy aroma, this cider is sure to stand out from the crowd.
A DRY CIDER FERMENTED WITH BABY GINGER
We took heirloom apples from the Shenandoah Valley of Virginia, and infused it with fresh baby ginger sourced from a small farm on the Eastern Shore – this young ginger imparts a delicate ginger flavor to the cider, without the strong bite that mature ginger has.
DRY VIRGINIA CIDER INFUSED WITH BERRIES AND LIME PEEL
Slowly fermented juice from Pink Lady apples, lightly infused with blackberries, raspberries, and lime peel. The cider features a bright raspberry aroma, with a stronger blackberry backbone.
